This week one of our students from Team Hapua brought a Moa bone from home to school.
Our Inquiry has come alive as students are thinking more personally about 'Our Place, Our People'. This week a moa bone was brought in from this student (pictured above) and shared with us all. She said that the bone has been in her family since her Grandfather discovered it. The family have had it confirmed by the Canterbury Museum as a genuine moa bone - WOW! Thanks for bring it in... I wonder what else students might discover?By Simon Green
